Helen McNulty is the founder and creative force behind GRIT in the Oyster.
She is an artist, a mentor, a storyteller, and a quiet instigator of brave ideas.
An obsessed marketer as well as a painter, poet, performer and storyteller, Helen weaves creativity through everything she does. She believes business can be a form of art—and that the best ideas grow when we treat our work like a living, breathing biome.
Helen doesn’t just talk about story—she lives it. She runs storytelling retreats and evenings, gathering people to share, listen and reconnect with their creative spark. Her workshops feel more like conversations. Her strategies feel like soul work in motion.

Alongside her creative practice, Helen trains businesses across Ireland as an Associate Trainer, Mentor and Speaker with The Entrepreneurs Academy. She also delivers bespoke training and consultancy to her own clients—helping organisations, founders, and small teams tell their stories, build unforgettable brands, and design creative marketing campaigns that work.
